無得唔面對現實;重點係點樣去改變。近年低位係 160 磅。
其實同人比賽,定吓目標呢啲,對我都係無乜用。正面啲咁睇,我份人真係好佛系,完全無鬥心無恆心。但據說有個講法,就係 don't set goal ,build a system 。嗯,呢樣似乎對我 work 啲。
是咁的,只要每日有 500 大卡嘅 deficit,就可以平均一個星期減一磅。即係半年左右就達標。
點樣減低食慾呢?之前嘅經驗係早餐打返杯 bullet proof coffee;好多人用牛油,但我用椰子油。有一排用 MCT ,又好似真係功效好啲。然後成日最多就係一個鐘頭內,食多兩隻蛋之類。
